Our Privacy & Data Protection Policy is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing, and protection of your personal and vehicle data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

3. Description of Service

SiraCar provides vehicle history reports based on VIN decoding, user-submitted maintenance records, and available databases. While we strive to ensure high data accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of all report information.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, harassment, or to interfere with the proper technical operation and security of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

SiraCar is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based upon vehicle history report data.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, the Service, and all data processing activities are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, including Law n° 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, as amended and supplemented by Law n° 25-11 of July 24, 2025.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
